Hmmm… What is that smell? A delicious mixture of a pastry crust filled with cheese and heavenly goodness? Other than baguettes and sandwiches at the typical boulangerie, the French like to indulge in this perfect mixture as lunch. It is served at any kind of occasion, from parties, to lunches, to picnics, it’s a salty, sweet treat that taste like heaven.

It was also one of the first meals that I had when I arrived in France.
